Stunning in its vibrant color and meticulous design, this Cathy Waterman ruby ring looks incredible on the pointer finger. The drop of natural ruby is covered in a surface of light reflecting facets which reveal the stone's natural characteristics. It is set in a tapered frame of 22K gold and held in place with three of Cathy's signature diamond set thorn prongs. It is centered on a smooth, square-edged 22K gold band with a hidden diamond in the back. The hidden diamond in the back of the band serves as a symbolic evil eye and offers protection against negativity.
