Stunning in its regal color combination and large scale, this Cathy Waterman pendant also exudes an earthy sophistication. The large, emerald cut blue sapphire (31.00ct) rests on a meticulously hand engraved 22K gold open frame. It has large, angular facets which reveal the stone's natural characteristics and is held in place by three thorn prongs and an overlay of three emerald set leaves stemming from the black and white rose cut diamond. Here, we have it hanging from Cathy's Diamond Bezel Chain (sold separately), but you could use any of your favorite gold chains.
