Stunning in its meticulous detail, this ring is an amazingly intricate combination of rich 22K gold, sparkling diamond pav� and turquoise create a very special ring. The smooth round turquoise is framed in 22K gold milgrain (see larger image) and sparkling diamond pav�. It is held in place by blackened diamond four petal flower. The diamond pav� continues along the top portion of the band as well.
