The round, rose cut sapphire is covered in a surface of light reflecting facets to reveal natural tones of opaque, milky dusty rose. It is set upon a 22K gold, open backed frame and held in place by Cathy's signature blackened thorns set with diamonds. Here we have it hanging from her 22K gold Tiny Lacy Chain (sold separately).
