An oval cut pink sapphire is set in Cathy Waterman's antique prong setting pav� set with four tiny diamonds on each of the four prongs. The ring itself is a thin band of platinum set with a continuous row of tiny pav� set diamonds. On each side of the sapphire are two side squares also sit with sparkling diamonds.
