The oval of mossy green sapphire is covered in a surface of light reflecting facets revealing a stone with a multitude of shades and interesting inclusions. It rests on an open back frame of 22K gold and is held in place by two thorn prongs and an intricate flower overlay set with clear and black and white diamonds. Here, we have it hanging from Cathy's Diamond Bezel Chain (sold separately), but you could add it to any of your favorite chains.
