The clear, rectangular rose cut diamond is covered in a surface of light reflecting facets and is held in the open space by four of Cathy's signature blackened platinum and diamond thorns. This setting is framed by sparkling round rose cut diamonds also set in blackened platinum and attached to a diamond bale. Here, we have it paired with her Tiny Blackened Platinum Chain (SOLD SEPARATELY), but you could add it to any platinum chain.
