Hanging from the center of the adjustable 18K yellow gold chain is a trio of tiny, moving discs set with rainbow sapphires. They slide in between two small, meticulously hand-crafted scarabs with a head of brown diamonds and topped with actual, reclaimed wings (a delicacy in Thailand, Bibi uses the discarded wings).
